A Work around for Live Writer? Open Live Writer

I was doing a little Google search to see if I could find any news on the issues with Live Writer.

I came across this post:

If I am reading it correctly, they are working on  Open Live Writer, but are still having issues with Blogger log-in

Maybe there is hope.

    This is all blogger crap. I am so fed up with google and their arrogance. Several people have told me that they cannot comment on my blog from Internet explorer but they can from Chrome. I think it's time for these junior high school acting rivals to grow up.

    As of today (16th) Open Live Writer is now working with blogger. IF you download previous version, just go download again. Once it load and authenticates (it opens your browser for that portion) then it is ready to use...and it is just like the old version. Glad to have it back!
